Privacy information for Vahos Delivery users.

This static page summarizes app data categories from the current feature set. Replace it with a final legal privacy policy before production publication.

Authentication data

Vahos uses WhatsApp OTP authentication and Firebase auth/session support for account access.

Profile data

Traveler profiles include first name, last name, email, gender, base station, and UPI ID for payouts.

KYC data

Travelers may submit Aadhaar photo KYC for verification and see warning states until verified.

Order data

Orders include stations, platforms, package type, weight, receiver phone, photos, OTPs, payment status, and help requests.

Location data

Traveler live location can be synced while browsing jobs or carrying parcels, including background tracking support on Android.

Notifications

FCM registration supports push notifications, inbox unread badges, rating alerts, ETA alerts, and delivery updates.
