Receivers join the delivery through phone matching and final OTP handover.

Vahos does not use a separate receiver role. The receiver phone on the order is matched to logged-in accounts and used for delivery alerts, calls, and final verification.

The receiver experience is connected to order records and notifications, not a dedicated receiver dashboard.

Receiver-facing tracking alerts can be generated when the traveler nears the destination during the drop phase.

What receivers can expect

Receiver contact is part of the delivery chain so the traveler can coordinate final handover.
