Sender journey
Each order captures the details needed for a clear local train parcel handoff.
Travel to the station
The sender first travels to the nearest local train station, then creates a parcel delivery request by choosing pickup station, pickup platform, drop station, drop platform, package type, weight up to 5 kg, and receiver phone.
Add package photos
Capture inner items and the outer sealed package so the order record has visual proof.
Pay and match
Pay through Razorpay, then Vahos broadcasts the paid order to verified travelers near the pickup area.
Track delivery
View traveler details, live location if shared, route map, landmarks, ETA summary, and order status.
Close the order
Share pickup OTP with traveler, share delivery OTP with receiver or traveler, and rate the traveler after completion.

Sender screens cover active orders, history, received orders, payments, tracking, and support.
